Sourav Ganguly to Return to Commentary Box for World Test Championship Final
Former India captain Sourav Ganguly is set to make a comeback to the commentary box for the World Test Championship (WTC) Final between India and Australia at the Oval starting June 7, 2023. Ganguly will be providing commentary in Hindi for Star Sports.
Ganguly had to step away from his commentary role after taking on the presidency of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2019. After stepping aside from his post, he has since returned to the role of Delhi Capitals Director of Cricket.
Apart from Ganguly, Star Sports will also have Harbhajan Singh, S Sreesanth and Deep Dasgupta on Hindi commentary. In English, Ravi Shastri will be joined by Harsha Bhogle, Dinesh Karthik, Ricky Ponting, Matthew Hayden and Justin Langer.

With no Rishabh Pant in the lineup, Anjum Chopra has called for an India discard to be chosen for the WTC Final spot. Chopra, a former Indian cricketer, believes that the player should be given another chance to prove their worth in the upcoming match.
