1. Dribbling
The best tactic is to throw off the other team and prolong your possession of the ball. The goal of this strategy is to force the attacker to change direction from both directions.

2). Stop the ball between a number process by the outer side of your strong foot
3). Take your weak foot back side of the ball & cross over the ball without touching it

Tackling is more of an approach to making split-second decisions than an exact science. In which the attacker makes a minor misstep. You shouldn’t play rough with the aggressor. The art of Tackling relies much on the ability to patiently wait. It’s best to hold off attacking until your opponent is off-kilter. If you don’t, your assailant will quickly overwhelm you. Keep your arms where they naturally belong and your knees bent appropriately to keep your balance during tackling.
