c). Little bend your knee but try to make your body position in straight way.
5. ZIG ZAG Version -
a). Both foot in & out from ladder.
b). Foot position should be straight.
c). Ankle not touch the ground, only you foot finger touch it
d). Knee bend little but try make your body position in straight.
6. Lateral position-
a). Both foot in & out between two stick of ladder.
b). Foot position should be lateral.
c). One time only one foot in space.

B). Hurdle Exercise/Drill step by step
1. One Foot Step between two Hurdles
2. Both Footsteps between two hurdle and touch ground only one Foot at a time
3. Both Footstep Jumping between two hurdles at same time
4. First three hurdle Footstep with Both Foot Jumping after it One foot step exercise
