Faf du Plessis Joins Texas Super Kings as Captain for MLC 2023

Former South African cricket captain Faf du Plessis has been signed by the Texas Super Kings (TSK) as their captain for the debut season of Major League Cricket (MLC) 2023, America’s first professional T20 cricket league. The franchise is owned by the same group that owns the Chennai Super Kings, the joint-most successful team in the Indian Premier League. The team will be coached by Stephen Fleming, the SA20 coach for Joburg Super Kings and CSK.
